“Quinta do Outeiro” project is located in a vineyard area in the north of Portugal. This landscape results in a dialogue between a virgin plant scenography and a silhouette that is more intruded by the human hand. This symbiosis is at the origin of the architectural concept and results in the rehabilitation of an old building – where the rooms are designed – and, simultaneously, in the creation of a new volume – which will contain the social and logistic divisions, such as the kitchen, the common room, the laundry and the technical room.
